Fløre - Spinning the Dial of Destiny in a Heartfelt Show, live in Frankfurt

Fløre, the alt-pop artist from Germany, brought her first-ever headline tour to Frankfurt, turning the venue into an intimate and deeply personal experience. Known for crafting songs that explore the beauty in darkness, she has always embraced the feeling of being an outsider. That raw vulnerability translated beautifully into her live performance, making the night feel like a shared secret between her and her fans.

The venue had a cosy, almost living-room-like atmosphere, perfectly complementing Fløre’s deeply personal storytelling. From the moment she stepped on stage, she proved to be one of the sweetest and most engaging performers, constantly interacting with the audience and making the show feel more like an intimate gathering than a traditional concert.

One of the highlights of the evening was the "Dial of Destiny," where two lucky fans got to spin a wheel to decide the surprise acoustic songs of the night. Stripping everything, Fløre armed with just her guitar, showcased her unique voice effortlessly balancing fragility and strength. It was a testament to her raw talent, no elaborate production, just her music in its purest form, her vocals carried every emotion, making even the quietest moments feel powerful.

A particularly moving moment came when Fløre introduced "I'm Okay, I'm Just a Little Depressed," a song that touches on mental health struggles. She spoke candidly about how writing it helped her come to terms with her own emotions, allowing her to embrace her struggles instead of hiding them. It was a raw and honest moment that resonated deeply with the audience, proving once again that music can be a source of comfort and connection.

Her setlist included songs from her debut album "Scarytale," which blends punk energy with modern pop sensibilities. The record gives a voice to outsiders and misfits, telling stories of loneliness, heartbreak, and resilience. With her latest EP Madwoman freshly released in January, she takes listeners even deeper into her world, revealing new layers of emotion and storytelling.

Fløre’s journey has been nothing short of remarkable. From performing at major festivals like Hurricane and Southside to supporting artists like Zoe Wees and Mothica, she has steadily built a name for herself. Now, with her headline tour, she proves she’s more than ready to stand in the spotlight where her music and presence could truly shine.

Frankfurt wasn’t just another stop on the tour, it was a night that cemented Fløre’s place as an artist with a rare gift for connection. Whether through her haunting melodies or her heartfelt interactions, she made sure everyone in the room felt seen. And as the night came to a close, one thing was clear: this was just the beginning of something even bigger for her and her art.

As she continues her run of headline shows across Germany and beyond, we wish Fløre the best for the rest of her tour. And for those in the UK, don’t miss the chance to see her live in London on the 6th of March at the Strongroom Bar: a night sure to be as magical and heartfelt as this one.
